IHSS Services
The State of Colorado allows clients, or their parents/authorized representatives, to direct and manage their own care with the added support of an agency.
Through IHSS, you are empowered to select, train, and manage the attendants of your choice to best fit your unique needs. Attendants can provide personal care, homemaker, and health maintenance services. Clients must be enrolled in Colorado Medicaid and be approved for Community First Choice.

Medicaid payment for services is available only after the Member is eligible for Medicaid Colorado Health First and the service is authorized. Not all individuals qualify. Timing of enrollment and service authorization may vary.

How to Start
Once you have selected the individual you would like to serve as your caregiver, call us at 303-898-9724! We will answer any questions you have and once you are ready — we will onboard your caregiver, coordinate with your case manager, and facilitate the transition to make it easy and quick! As caregivers ourselves, and parents to a daughter who has been on the waivers for years, we know it, we understand it, and we live it.
