Our Story

As a mother of a 37-year-old daughter with Down Syndrome, I know the joys and challenges of being a family caregiver. That's why in 2016, I created my own agency after feeling like other major companies in Colorado were under paying and under supporting family caregivers. I wanted to create an agency that prioritizes families by giving as much money to the families as possible and providing the support/education they need to succeed. Today, we are recognized as a top parent-selected agency as we pay the highest rates in Colorado and provide exceptional support.

Programs We Support

Community First Choice

Community First Choice

All children and adults on Medicaid can now access 3 services for support with activities of daily living from their parents/caregivers without a CNA license or Medicaid waiver: Personal Care, Homemaker, Health Maintenance Activities. We can hire your family members/friends to provide and be paid for these services!

Parent CNA: Home Health Programs

Parent CNA: Home Health Programs

We hire Parent CNAs to care for their family members in the comfort of their own home! We pay all of our Parent CNAs $23/hr ($34.50/hr for overtime) and a number of benefits/perks to ensure ALL our CNAs are paid the highest rate! We will even cover the tuition to help you get your CNA license if your child qualifies.

IHSS: In-Home Support Services

IHSS: In-Home Support Services

Through IHSS, clients are empowered to select, train, and manage the attendants of their choice. We hire family caregivers and friends to be caregivers to support their clients. Attendants can provide personal care, homemaker, and health maintenance services and we ensure they are trained for those services.

Children's Extensive Support (CES) Waiver

Children's Extensive Support (CES) Waiver

The Children's Extensive Support Waiver helps children and families by providing services and supports that will help children establish a long-term foundation for community inclusion as they grow into adulthood. Families are eligible to select family members, friends, teachers, or any other trusted adult to provide services and be paid for doing them!

Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver

Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver

The Supported Living Services Waiver provides necessary services and supports for adult individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities so they can remain in their homes and communities. Parents, siblings, extended family, friends, or other individuals the adult selects, are able to become paid caregivers to provide the services selected by the adult!
