Parent CNA Program
The State of Colorado allows parents and/or family members to become their child's Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) if the child qualifies for CNA Services and is enrolled in Colorado Medicaid.
Pay Rates
Regular
$23/hr
Overtime
$34.50/hr
We pay all our Parent CNAs the highest rates in Colorado. We are Parent CNAs ourselves and believe parents should be paid top rates!
All Parent CNAs who work over 40 hours are paid $34.50/hr/overtime. Parents should be paid for all their hard work!
Our Parent CNAs also qualify for benefits including PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Retirement Plan, Company Events, Continuing Education, and Amazing Support Staff!
The Process is Simple
Complete online paperwork
Chat with a nurse over a video call
Obtain a CNA license (we will pay your tuition and courses typically take 4–6 weeks)
Have a quick in-person visit
We can determine if your child qualifies via a conversation with one of our RNs. Feel free to reach out to get that scheduled!
If you are already a CNA, or with another agency, you can easily transfer your services in less than 2 weeks and we handle the transition process to make it easy and smooth for you!
Medicaid payment for services is available only after the Member is eligible for Medicaid Colorado Health First and the service is authorized. Not all individuals qualify. Timing of enrollment and service authorization may vary.
